Challenge

Auto Lenders isn’t your typical pre-owned dealership, as they only sell certified one-owner vehicles that look and run like new. Because this wasn’t reflected in their advertising, they turned to us to help separate them from the perceived hassle-filled and unreliable sea of used car competitors and online auto sales platforms.

Strategy

Develop and execute a full rebrand, giving Auto Lenders a voice as smart and irreverent as their business profile. Increase awareness and ensure uniformity of messaging across all media platforms in the market, while differentiating them from other dealerships as well as platforms like CarSense, TrueCar and CarGurus.

Solution

We revamped every piece of customer-facing communication from their TV commercials, radio, digital, POS materials and signage – down to their window stickers. We increased outdoor marketing efforts and targeted their prospective customers with robust digital pre-roll, email and follow-up outreach to exploratory visitors on AutoLenders.com.
