Modera by Millcreek are apartment home communities located around the country that deliver a complete lifestyle, not just a home. As today’s multi-family communities see accelerated competition, we needed to help them stand-out and attract and engage new residents to their communities.
Tapping into both physical and emotional needs, we developed a brand that captures the Modera neighborhood, local culture and community. Using vivid storytelling for each Modera property around the country, we set out to align with the unique sensibilities and aspirations of prospective residents – from the contemporary renaissance of Modera Sedici, a historic residence on the grounds of the former Italian Embassy in DC, to the Oscar-worthy design and A-list location of Modera Hollywood.
We first identified the Modera target audience as professionals and transplants who are seen as trend-setters and are attracted to authentic living experiences that fulfill on meaning and purpose. We then created a compelling and comprehensive brand identity to showcase their premier locations, gorgeous designs, luxe finishes and innovative services. While this served as the foundation across all Modera properties, we created a versatile system to showcase each property’s nuances and selling features.
Over 100 communities successfully launched to-date – delivering brand energy and omni-channel campaigns that have consistently driven demand and helped Mill Creek meet or exceed leasing goals.
